Edward Pettaway Squadron: 436th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Job description: Electronic warfare craftsman Previous assignments: Barksdale Air Force Base, La. Favorite movie: "Training Day" Favorite food: Pizza Favorite book: "Bereolaesque: The Contemporary Gentleman & Etiquette Book for the Urban Sophisticate" by Enitan O' Bereola Dream assignment, why? Hawaii, because of its location. Who inspires you? My mother Have you been deployed? What is your best story, why? Yes, being on the aircraft launch truck laughing and joking just making the best out of the deployment with my friends. Where do you see yourself in 10 years? I see myself coming to an end of a successful and productive military career. Pettaway is a fine maintainer and NCO. He is currently filling the position of lead technician for his entire electronic warfare shop, a position normally held by a seasoned technical sergeant. He is responsible for the day-to-day production, scheduling and welfare of his entire shop, and serves as the technical expert from his career field to the section and flight chiefs. Pettaway is also the squadron's booster club president and a team leader for one of Team Dover's reverse dignified transfer teams. He is a fine asset to our squadron. We could use many more Pettaways on our team. - Master Sgt. Robert Cote Section Chief
