Who inspires you: My parents and my 4-year-old nephew Jack

Have you been deployed? What was your best experience, why? I was deployed and I don't have just one experience to share. The whole deployment was great.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years: Owning my own cheese factory in northern Wisconsin and just living the dream.


Airman 1st Class Zachary Dvorak has been an energetic and hardworking member of the best medium-sized dental clinic since his arrival July 2009. During this time he has exemplified the core values and has been a model for his peers to follow. Airman Dvorak is an awesome trainer. He makes sure all techs with the clinic have oral surgery training. He also leads physical training sessions regularly. Airman Dvorak performs weekly room inspections making sure all infection control protocols and standards are followed. Airman Dvorak garnered the dental clinic peer award and also won Airman of the Quarter for the Dental Clinic. Airman Dvorak is the base's Airman Council president. He improves the morale and quality of life for all Dover Airman. He was recently voted most versatile technician in the Dental Clinic.
