DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. --  Due to inclimate weather conditions, reporting instructions for Tuesday, Dec. 22 are as follows.

Mission Essential Level 1 personnel should report for normal duty hours, all other personnel will report for work at 10 a.m. local.
