LRA appointments now available Published Dec. 1, 2015 By 436th Communications Squadron DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- The 436th Communications Squadron has streamlined the Local Registration Authorities (LRAs) services to account for the limited number of LRAs available here at Dover AFB, Del., as well as across the entire Air Force. LRAs are individuals who have been given rights to create encryption certificates for organizational email boxes, or org boxes, and generate SIPR tokens that grant users access to SIPRNet. Due to the nature of these services, the Air Force strictly mandates that each base is allowed to have only three LRAs. This is also an effort to limit the possibility of insider threats on each installation. Using this web address, https://eim.amc.af.mil/org/436msg/436Comm/LRA/default.aspx, customers will now have the capability of scheduling their own appointments for LRA services! Additionally, LRA hours of operation have been expanded to 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Tuesdays and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursdays. When scheduling your appointment, please note SIPR token issues will be limited to three customers per appointment time and org box certificate related appointments will be limited to two customers per appointment time. SIPR token and org box certificate appointments cannot be handled within the same scheduled appointment times. If there are any questions, comments or concerns please email 436cs.lra@us.af.mil or call DSN: 445-3791/ COMM: 302-677-3791.
