Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska, because I love the cold and the outdoors Family: Girlfriend of four years, Shannon Green Favorite movie: Shawshank Redemption Favorite food: Spaghetti Favorite book: "Knockout Mouse" by Bill Damen Who inspires you: Tech. Sgt. Donny Washam because he is great loadmaster and a hard worker. Have you been deployed? Yes, Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. Where do you see yourself in 10 years: I hope to see myself as a small business owner. Senior Airman Zach Steenhusen was selected for Airman of the Week because of his can-do attitude and extreme willingness to get the job done right the first time. Although his primary duties are as a C-17 loadmaster in the 3rd Airlift Squadron, his maturity level earned him an additional duty as a loadmaster scheduler, which is a position normally held by noncommissioned officers. In this demanding position, he is responsible for managing the flying schedule, training, and appointments for more than 60 loadmasters. His outstanding customs and courtesies compliment this duty extremely well because most of the people he interacts with on a daily basis are senior in grade. He is a great Airman and truly a pleasure to work with. -Senior Master Sgt. Jack McCracken 3rd Airlift Squadron loadmaster superintendant
