The Kent County Public Library, located at 497 South Red Raven Lane, Dover, Del., June 23, 2014. Delaware Governor Jack Markell and Col. Kevin Gordon, 436th Airlift Wing vice commander, Dover Air Force Base, Del., signed a Memorandum of Understanding between Dover AFB and the Delaware Division of Libraries/Delaware Library Catalog Consortium. The MOU integrates the materials of the Dover AFB Library through a "floating collection," which will be made available for use by all Delawareans through Delaware libraries statewide.
