54 ARS supports Vapor Trails

During the exercise “Vapor Trails,” Airmen from the 54th Air Refueling Squadron (ARS), 59th Medical Wing, and 137th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron conducted aeromedical evacuation training at Kelly Airfield, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, Feb. 27, 2024. A critical care air transport team, aeromedical evacuation team, and neonatal intensive care unit, all conducted training while in-flight on a KC-135 Stratotanker from the 54th ARS.
