The Naval Junior Officer Counsel's charter was sanctioned as the U.S. Navy's first Management Advisory Group, signed by both the Chief of Naval Personnel Vice Adm. John B. Nowell Jr. and the Chief of Naval Research Rear Adm. Lorin Selby.
This generation of junior officers is paving the way for future generations. NJOC is a chance for naval junior officers to contribute to solution-oriented dialogue and the delivery of recommendations and grievances to leadership.
