Cpt. Megan Thomas graduated from Maneuver Captain’s Career Course in January 2019 making her the first female Infantry officer for the Arkansas National Guard. Her goals now are to make sure the transition for other females into the infantry field go as smoothly as possible, and to establish a mentorship program for incoming recruits. #BeYourBest #BeASoldier #Knowyourmil

Thomas is currently the State Family Programs Deputy full-time and a TAC officer during drill.
