2d Theater Signal Brigade

WIESBADEN, Germany — The 2d Theater Signal Brigade announced its 2023 Network Enterprise Center of the Year award winners October 18, 2023, at USAG Wiesbaden, Germany. The following are the 2023 NEC of the Year in their respective categories:

- NEC Baumholder the 2023 Best User Experience plaque for Excellence in ticket responsiveness, customer engagements, device availability, and SCIP participation.
- NEC Livorno the 2023 Best Sustainment-Support Systems plaque for Excellence in metrics reporting and contributions towards sustainment data collection.
- NEC Ansbach the 2023 Best Training plaque for Excellence in training compliance, employee communication and development.
- NEC-Benelux is the 2d Theater Signal Brigade 2023 Network Enterprise Center of the Year (Small) for excellence in personnel, readiness, sustainment, and training.
- NEC-Grafenwoehr is the 2d Theater Signal Brigade 2023 Network Enterprise Center of the Year (Large) for excellence in personnel, readiness, sustainment, and training.

The Network Enterprise Centers provide Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management services, Information Assurance, and Computer Network Defense as part of 2d Theater Signal Brigade's mission to deliver integrated and interoperable theater communications and cyber capabilities to enable decision dominance across all levels and phases of war in support of combat forces and mission partners in Europe and Africa.
