U.S. Marines with Black Sea Rotational Force participated in a non-lethal weapons training course at Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, Romania, 31 Aug. to 4 Sept., 2015. During the course, the Marines were exposed to oleoresin capsicum spray and human electro-muscular incapacitation, and performed mechanical advantage control holds and shield inoculation.
