Vice Adm. Daryl Caudle, commander, U.S. Submarine Forces, and Rear Adm. Blake Converse, commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, announce the release of Commander's Intent 3.0, Sept. 23,2020. Commander’s Intent is guidance that enables commander to commander discussion and provides a clear and concise expression of the purpose of Submarine Force operations and desired end state.
