Samson Stevens, deputy commander of Sector Hampton Roads, inspect and work with port partners aboard the Al Riffa container vessel Aug. 23, 2018 outside Norfolk, Virginia. The Al Riffa is one of the largest container vessels to visit the port of Virginia with upwards to 13,000 shipping containers and required intense coordination and cooperation between all port partners to ensure a safe departures.
