Wedrzyn Training Area Poland, Luis Viegas an employee assigned to Training Support Activity Europe coordinate range operations with a Paratrooper from 2nd Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, during a platoon Live Fire Exercise, on 1 December 2016. The unit, on a training rotation in Support of Operation Atlantic Resolve, conducts a platoon live fire event during a company training event. The event enhances both U.S. Army Europe and partner-nations Soldiers with the ability to perform rigorous, realistic and relevant training that enhances their combat readiness to demonstrate U.S. commitment to the collective security of NATO and its dedication to enduring peace and stability in the region.
