The United States Army Reserve constantly trains. The Medical Readiness Training Command has an ongoing relationship with medical units of the 3rd and 807th Mecical Commands to train them in Team STEPPS at the Mayo Clinic Multidisciplinary Simulation Center. TeamSTEPPS is a Department of the Army patient safety framework to enhance healthcare team performance and improve patient safety. Soldiers training are from the 228th Combat Support Hospital in San Antonio, TX.
