A 45-foot Response Boat-Medium crew from Coast Guard Station Little Creek in Virginia Beach, Virginia, assists the yacht Rebel Yell at Cobb’s Marina in Norfolk, Virginia, November 10, 2016. The yacht was adrift three miles east of Grand View Beach in Hampton, Virginia, and the two people aboard the vessel were stranded until the RBM crew’s arrival.
