Leaders in the 3rd Infantry Division Resolute Support Sustainment Brigade conducted Provider Stakes Apr. 23-24 at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. The event is a quarterly leadership professional development opportunity that pits unit command teams against one another in a friendly competition in physical training and skill level one tasks. The training is meant to make sure commanders don't lose sight of the work their Soldiers are doing every day. Tasks included reaction to a chemical attack, calling for fire and air support, marksmanship, preparing sling load bundles, and the proposed Army Combat Readiness Test.
