Two Airmen from the 820th Base Defense Group, Moody Air Force Base, Ga., participate in the U.S. Army Asymmetric Warfare Group's Asymmetric Warfare Adaptive Leader Program at Fort A.P. Hill, Va., from April 21-May 2, 2014. AWALP is a 10-day program where leaders are introduced to the principles of adaptability and the 21st Century Soldier Competencies. The participants are introduced to the concepts of individual adaptability and adaptive team performance, and then learn how to implement it into various scenarios based training and operational environments.
