U.S. Army Reserve Soldier Cpl. Matthew Atwood is enrolled at the Defense Information School to become a 46Q, public affairs specialist. Upon completion, Atwood will have attained skills in news writing, military public affairs, photojournalism, feature writing, publication design, and desktop publishing. He will continue to practice his new skillset at his unit, the 207th Public Affairs Detachment, in Denver, Colo.
