SHINNECOCK BAY, N.Y. - Coast Guard Station Fire Island crewmembers bid farewell to Roxanne, a Risso’s dolphin, before assisting in her release into Shinnecock Bay, Wednesday. Roxanne was rescued on the shore at Jones Beach Island, Babylon, N.J., in early June 2013, after being spotted by Station Fire Island crewmembers.
