Peter Ammerman and Michael Lowery, with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Transatlantic Expeditionary District, construct the Unaccompanied Officers Quarters (UOQ), at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, August 4, 2022. The UOQ will will create 300 spaces for field grade officers as the U.S. Army transitions it's mission, in Kuwait, from a contingency operation to an enduring mission. (U.S. Army video by Spc.
