U.S. Marines with Marine Corps Installations Pacific conduct a bomb threat drill with the American Red Cross and search vehicles during Exercise Constant Vigilance on Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 02, 2024. The annual drill was conducted to demonstrate the readiness and capabilities of various installations and first responders in the event of an emergency. Exercise Constant Vigilance serves as a Force Protection Condition and crisis response evaluation to validate regional antiterrorism plans and policies, ensuring Marines are prepared for a wide range of contingencies.
