U.S. Army Lt. Col. Joseph Twigg formally transferred command of the Kosovo Force Regional Command-East (KFOR RC-E) Maneuver Battalion to Lt. Col. Gregory O’Brien during a Transfer of Authority ceremony at Camp Novo Selo in Kosovo, June 29, 2025.
The event marked the conclusion of the KFOR 34 rotation and the beginning of KFOR 35. The transition was symbolized by the casing of the outgoing battalion’s colors and the uncasing of the incoming battalion’s flag. (Video by U.S. Army Sgt. Laura Bradley.)
