Seat belt use in the U.S. reaches historic levels – 90 percent of motorists are buckling up according to a study released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. However, some refuse to use their seat belts. Wearing them greatly reduces the risk of fatality and major injury in a crash. Seat belts save lives; Readiness through Safety!
