"Rollover! Rollover! Rollover!"
143d Sustainment Command (Expeditionary)
July 9, 2013 | 2:32
Soldiers from the 143d Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), an Army Reserve unit based out of Orlando, Fla., learn how to take on the HEAT (Humvee Egress Assistance Trainer) and the MAXPRO (the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle rollover egress trainer) July 9 at North Fort Hood Texas.
Instructors from the 2nd Battalion, 381st Infantry Regiment, 479th Field Artillery Brigade, 1st Army provided the expert guidance and cutting edge technology to teach these Warrior Citizens what to expect and how to react in the unlikely event that their Humvee or MRAP tips on its side or flips upside down.
These realistic simulations are part of the 143d ESC's preparations for deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Available in High Definition.
