25th ID Soldiers train in Exercise Phantom Major 19

Soldiers from 1-27 Infantry Battalion, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, participate in Phantom Major, a major annual training exercise for the New Zealand Defense Force. A platoon from 1-27 participated in Phantom Major to improve readiness and interoperability with our Pacific partner nation and to build on their ongoing relationship with the NZ Defense Force originally established during their Joint Readiness Training Center rotation 19-02.
