Daniel Tagliarini, the executive officer of Recruiting Station Riverside, 12th Marine Corps District, Marine Corps Recruiting Command, shares his experience with the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) Scholarship Program at March Air Reserve Base, California, Aug. 12, 2020. The NROTC scholarship covers full tuition, books, fees and other financial benefits at many of the country's leading colleges and universities while educating and training those qualified young men and women for service as commissioned officers in the Navy or Marine Corps.
