U.S. Coast Guard Station Yankeetown test runs a specialized shallow-craft vessel in Crystal River, Florida Sept. 29, 2021. Station Yankeetown is taking the lead in a project to test and modify the new vessel according to the rescue crew’s needs, which will affect the way the organization operates in shallow water environments in the future.
