U.S. Special Forces, Georgian, Lithuanian Resistance Forces team up at Saber Junction 23

Green Berets with U.S. Army 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) and soldiers with Lithuanian KASP (National Volunteer Defence Forces) plan, prepare, and conduct reconnaissance patrols and ambushes during Saber Junction 23 at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center near Hohenfels, Germany, Sept. 11-14, 2023. Saber Junction 2023 is an annual exercise designed to increase capabilities and readiness in order to deter aggression in support of NATO’s collective deterrence and defense initiatives. This exercise provides U.S. Special Operations Forces Europe, the Georgian Resistance Force, and Lithuanian KASP the opportunity to hone unconventional warfare skills.
