Tradewinds 2016, Phase I, in Grenada. Linda S. Taglialatela, Chief of the U.S. Mission to Barbados, the Eastern Caribbean and the OECS, and Navy Adm. Kurt W. Tidd. commander of U.S. Southern Command, lay a wreath at the base of a monument on the campus of St. Geroge's University in Grenada, June 14, 2016. The two also attended and spoke at the closing ceremony of Tradewinds 2016, Phase I, along with Commissioner Winston James of Grenada's Royal Police Force and the Prime Minister of Grenada, Keith Claudius Mitchell.
