U.S. Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer 4 Hershel “Woody” Williams (retired), the last surviving Medal of Honor recipient from the Pacific Theater during World War II, participates in the planting of a Gold Star tree at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego on October 19th, 2017.
