Members of the Ohio National Guard deployed the DRBS (Disaster Relief Bed-Down System) to the Pickaway Correctional Institution in Orient, Ohio. A joint effort between Ohio National Guard airmen and soldiers, the tent system was deployed in a matter of days to help the facility. The Ohio National Guard was called to assist the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction by deploying the system to provide overflow housing for inmates during the COVID-19 pandemic.
