Lt. Gen. Charles D. Luckey bids his farewell to the U.S. Army Reserve team, which includes its Soldiers, leaders, family members and employers who have supported the mission during his command time over the last four years.

"I want you to know, it's been the honor of a lifetime as a Soldier, to be the Quarterback of this team. Four years ago, I talked to this entire team about where we were going, and who we were, and how we're going to get to where we needed to be. In the last four years, this team, America's Army Reserve, built and is now sustaining the most capable, combat-ready and lethal Federal Reserve force in the history United States of America. You did it. You keep pounding ... DE6, off the net."
