The U.S. Army Quartermaster School’s Petroleum and Water Department is pioneering the Army Virtual Learning Environment for fuel, water, and laboratory specialists (MOSs 92F, 92W, and 92L). Benefits include cost savings, more efficient and effective use of instruction time, and a continual learning capability that increases proficiency and readiness of all Army components.
