Daniel Gotschall, G3/4 operations non-commissioned officer in charge, United States Army Europe and Africa, speaks about receiving the Purple heart during a Purple Heart ceremony on Clay Kaserne, Wiesbaden, Hessen, DE, Oct. 25, 2023.
