Youth of the Year

Dover Duathlon
Master Sgt. (ret.) John Healy, was the first biker on the road after changing his shoes during Dover?s Duathlon March 28 hosted by the Fitness Center. The duathlon event consisted of a 5K run, 10.6-mile bike ride and ended with a 5K run to the finish line. Sergeant Healy won first place by finishing the event in one hour and 22 minutes.
