Airman load Joint Communications Support Element equipment onto a Dover Air Force Base C-17 Globemaster III Jan. 15 at MacDill AFB, Fla. The equipment and team were delivered to Port-au-Prince, Haiti during the early morning hours of Jan 16. The JCSE team sets up reach-back capabilities in theater within 72 hours to provide communication for the full spectrum of operations.
