A Handling Services Inc. employee checks on a Mobile Tail Enclosure as it is stood up April 10. Previously when a C-5 Galaxy was parked in a hanger the tail would be outside the hangar. If winds were greater than 25 knots, maintenance couldn?t be performed on the aircraft.
