Laiza Correa Sboron, a native of Puerto Rico and a member of USACE Huntington District, discusses her reasons for volunteering to deploy twice to Puerto Rico in support of the Corps' response to Hurricane Maria. She has been an integral part of Task Force Power Restoration, serving as a Local Government Liaison in Arecibo and Mayaguez. (Audio in Spanish with English subtitles.)
