Airmen from the 386th Expeditionary Logistics readiness Squadron assist the 816th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron Detachment 1 and Soldiers from the Civil Military Support Element load and offload pallets of food and water in support of U.S. relief efforts to Beirut, Lebanon, at a Beirut airport Aug. 7, 2020. U.S. Central Command is coordinating with the Lebanese Armed Forces, the U.S. Embassy-Beirut and USAID to transport critical supplies as quickly as possible to support the needs of the Lebanese people.
