U.S. Army squads under FORSCOM (Forces Command) compete for the title of “Best Squad” during a head-to-head competition at the FORSCOM Best Squad Competition 2022 at Fort Hood, Texas, Aug. 17, 2022. Staff SGT. Ashley Froberg gives insight on what it means to be a squad leader and her experience with the competition. On Day 3 of the competition Soldiers underwent a medical evacuation simulation at the Fort Hood MSTC (Medical Simulation Training Center).
