Nigel Harris, platoon trainer with the 2nd Battalion, 223rd Regional Training Institute, California Army National Guard, describes his role with and the training quality of the the Officer Candidate School Phase III conducted by 2nd Battalion, 205th Training Regiment, ,Washington Army Guard, July 23, 2024 at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. In addition to Washington's soldiers, National Guard officer candidates from several states travel to JBLM annually to complete the final phase with the 2-205th.
