U.S. Soldiers, from 346th Military Police Company, 530th Military Police Battalion; 1055th Transportation Company, 1050th Transportation Battalion; 192nd Quartermaster Company, 319th Quartermaster Battalion; 489th Engineer Battalion, 420th Engineer Brigade; assigned to Joint Task Force - Southern Border, coordinate efforts with U.S. Customs and Border Protection to monitor and secure the southern border near Laredo, Texas, March 2025. Under the direction of U.S. Northern Command, Joint Task Force – Southern Border aligns efforts to seal the southern border and repel illegal activity and is responsible for full-scale, agile, and all-domain operations, which will allow for more effective and efficient DoD operations.
