The WVNG’s Army Interagency Training and Education Center conducted CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) unit readiness evaluations for West Virginia and Massachusetts National Guard’s CERFP teams Sept. 5 - 8, 2018, at Camp Dawson, West Virginia. The CERFP teams were evaluated on search and extraction, decontamination, CBRNE Assistance Support Element and weapons of mass destruction command post scenarios, and their response in emergency situations involving local law enforcement and other civilian entities.
