Line handlers aboard MV Cape Ray (T-AKR 9679) work with an Italian tugboat to moor the ship as it docks at Medcenter Container Terminal to prepare to receive cargo containing specific chemical agents from MV Ark Futura (IMO 9129598), a Danish cargo ship. Cape Ray is tasked with the neutralization of specific chemical materials from Syria in accordance with the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) guidelines while operating in international waters.
