377th TSC BWC 2015 Highlights

377th Theater Sustainment Command

Ten Soldiers competed for five grueling days at Fort Devens, Mass. during the 377th Theater Sustainment Command Best Warrior Competition. Each year competitors go head to head in a series of events that challenge them both on an intellectual and physical level. Tasks included day and night land navigation, weapons qualification and a 10K ruck march with a 35-pound pack. This year SGT Donna Grady and PFC Ilya Adveyenkov, both representing the 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) took top honors in the NCO and Soldier categories. Winners of the 377th TSC BWC compete at the U.S. Army Reserve Command competition for the opportunity to represent the entire Army Reserve at the final Department of the Army competition which names the NCO and Soldier of the Year.
