Coast Guard Investigative Service Agents, Coast Guard Law Enforcement teams, Federal Emergency Management Agency crews, Red Cross crews, Puerto Rico Emergency Management Agency crews and Puerto Rico police officers distribute 3,000 meals and 4,500 liters of water Sept. 27, 2017, in Humacoa, Puerto Rico.
